Monthly retainer, typically $5–8K/month depending on your fund's complexity. Includes a set number of hours of active work plus unlimited async access (questions, decisions, small requests). Larger builds get scoped as add-on projects with retainer-client priority and pricing.
No long-term lock-in. Month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment. The work speaks for itself.
